Susie Townsend is a life long resident of the Santa Ynez Valley. Having been raised here and raising her 3 children here - this is home.
Susie has over 35 years experience as a nail technician. For her, taking care of her clients nails is not an assembly line job. It's important to her that her clients leave with their hands, feet and nails being as beautiful and well cared for as possible.
Her interest in alternative modalities to care for body, mind and soul was the inspiration to open Heart & Soles in 2015. With the perfect "off the main street" location, she and Tracy Burnett (refloxologist) moved into the space that continued to grow and welcome new practitioners to compliment the vision.
For Susie, it is most certainly a labor of love.

Originally from the East Coast, Nicole has called the Santa Ynez Valley her home since 2003. She has been a skincare therapist for 17 years and is always working on continuing education to keep up with the latest technologies and cutting edge ingredients in skincare. All of her treatments are geared so that you see results.

Eleanor’s journey as a bodyworker began in 1994. In that time, she has worked alongside chiropractors and physical therapists to help clients relieve pain and recover from injuries and surgeries so that they can be their best, pain free selves. There are so many paths toward healing, and as an integrative therapeutic bodyworker, Eleanor utilizes various techniques individually customized to you and your massage goals.

Tricia is originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, now living on the Central Coast. With over 40 years in corporate customer service, her career has always focused on helping others. For two decades, she’s used Tarot and Oracle Cards as coaching tools to support self-discovery and clarity rather than prediction. Her readings and energy work are practical and system-oriented. Her certification in the energy healing methods of The Emotion Code®, The Body Code™, and The Belief Code® helps clients release emotional baggage and limiting beliefs – which, in turn, fosters personal growth. Her mission is to empower others toward emotional wellness and positive change, consistently guided by the question, “How can I help?”

Tracey Burnett discovered her gift as a Reflexologist through her own personal tragedy. After losing both of her parents within a matter of months she was on a path to heal a re-define her life. After a career as an esthetician/make-up artist she began managing businesses as a personal assistant and book keeper. She decided to move in a different direction and never looked back. Tracey joined Susie in 2013 to assist with her small business. It was then that she decided to become certified as a reflexologist and work along side her. Tracey's gift of touch became very apparent very quickly. She now resides in Arizona but returns here to Heart & Soles for monthly visits.
